I have the same problem and tried to solve it with the documentations steps but the problem still exist.

There could be many causes depending on exactly what is being setup.

Has this ever worked ?

Are there any error messages ?

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I amnot able to scan to a shared folder on the network
