We have not set up anything in the template pool setup. It just has the default values.
Unfortunately, these are NOT templates I created. The two that I created are listed, but the COLOUR and MONO below are also on the list. These do not appear on other printer/scanners I work with in our company, so there is something unique about this one. (The icons indicate that the templates are Network or Remote templates, but I don't know what that means, or how I can get rid of them.)

If the templates you are seeing at the user interface have "@" before the template name, then you need to delete them here: Scan Tab > Templates.

I have configured a WorkCentre 5745 for network scanning. I have created the file repository as per normal, along with two scan templates. When I go to CentreWare, Properties tab, Services > Workflow Scanning > Display Settings, the two templates I created are listed there, along with two others named COLOUR and MONO. I need to remove those last two from the display. I am not sure, but these may be here because the E-mail service is enabled (although we do not use it within our company at present). Does anyone have any advice as to how to remove those two templates from the display settings?
