WorkCentre 5765 - Workflow scanning error message

This morning, an individual has ran multiple 2-sided workflow scanning jobs.  On two different occasions, the jobs stopped before they were completed.  Looking at the error log, it shows "Job deleted due to system image error 22-310-04."  Both times, the individual ran the same job again a minute later, and it completed without error.  Can anyone explain what is happening that is causing the jobs to error occasionally?
