Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try adjusting the auto exposure setting, set it to off if it is on or turn it to on if it is off.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

WorkCentre 6015 scanner problem, red background

Product Name: WorkCentre 6015

Hello,

 

 I have a problem scanning a document, It shows red background. I suspect a calibration problem.

What I should do?   It is OK when I print a file in color.

Please see what I obtain:red background from scanner
