I am trying to scan a document into a folder on my desktop but geting the error code 018-755 error with connection SMB server. There are some comments on previous entries explaining to click on address book then add contact. I don't know how to do this?
443 is for HTTPs, not smb
Port 445 is for smb and not only is it in screenshot 1, it is highlighted yellow and has a red 1 beside it

I have everything correct on the first screenshot. How do I find the Port Number to change it to 445? According to my configuration report, it is showing "443" and SMB won't connect. I have the WorkCentre 6515.

I already had this problem and customer support solved it whitout creating anything, unfortunately i didn't note the procedure. I had made changes to the folder as you indicated but then we did something about the owenship of the printer.
It was a 5 minutes job...

I'm afraid you don't know how computers work here, the name of a computer has no relevance to a login name, it doesn't matter if there is one user or 1000, users have names.
The folder i use to scanner in "Permissions for new folder" i have only "Everyone", i select all permissions but does not work.
So click add on that screen and add the username you use to log into the PC (assuming it has a password) or create a new user with a password and add it in there (Passwords are required for remote access, it doesn't matter if you don't need one to log into the PC itself, it is required to log in remotely from another client (PC,Printer etc)

That will happen if you are using port 139 instead of 445 doing an SMB scan to Windows 7 and up.
It would really help to know what was repaired though on the PC, since that is where the problem is since you imply it worked until something was done to the PC.
But generically speaking, make sure the port is 445(1) and if Windows 10, make sure the PC Domain name or Workgroup is before the username(2)
For the username, easiest method to get the exact right format is from the share within windows itself ala: <exactly how it shows within the brackets>
But if your PC was reloaded, the share probably no longer exists at all, or the username the 6515 is using doesn't.
