Hello, I've a WorkCentre 6515. Some days ago it starts displaying the error 065-225 when trying to make a 2-sides scan/copy. The single-side scan/copy works well. Any advice?

Call for service, that is a broken part, probably a circuit board. Specifically what is termed the IP Dup PWB
So how do we get this replaced? How can we repalce this ciruit board and how much will it cost to replace? Whay is it suddendly failing? Is this a defective part? I do no believe any of us paid the prices we paid to have a unit fil like this.
Hello, my scanner is doing the same thing. I call custumer service couple times and haven't been able to talk to them. Do you know whats the price on that part? Which number did you called?

J'ai eu 2 interventions sous ce code d'erreur 065-225 sur mon imprimante WorkCentre 6515 les 3 premiers mois de l'utilisation. J'ai à nouveau cette erreur (3x !) depuis le début de cette année 2020. Le prix du devis de réparation dépasse la valeur neuve de l'imprimante. J'estime qu'il y a un grave problème de série sur ce modèle. La seule sanction sera commerciale, j'utilise dans de mauvaises conditions la partie de l'imprimante qui fonctionne bien WorkCentre 6515. Mon prochain achat ne sera pas une Imprimante Xerox, il y a d'autres fabricants qui peuvent fournir des équipements sans problème de série. Michael de Cannes, France
The same thing has happened to my WorkCentre 6515. I brought it in Dec 2019 and used it for a few months until I started home working 4 months later due to covid. I hardly used the printer as most things were done online via email. I just started a new job 5 weeks ago, which involes a lot of paperwork, scaning and uploading. I turned on the printer after a year of non use and get the 065-225 error where the adf will not work, manual scaning is fine but that takes to long. I did some reseach and it seems loads of people have had the same issues. I think there is a fault in this model. I feel I have wasted my money and will not buy another xerox product again.
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Have you tried cleaning the scanner? If the printer sat that long it may need a good cleaning to correct the problem. See this article on fault code 065-225 for instructions on cleaning the glass and sensors.
