No, it's scanning to PDF.  I wasn't able to find any setting that applied to this particular issue, so I'm stumped!

It isn't scanning as Tiff or Jpeg is it?

As far as I can see there is no file per page option on the device here in the lab unless they added it in a later firmware. So it would imply a single page format is being used.

We recently added another WorkCentre 6605 to our network.  After setting this one up, it will scan to email just as the other one does, but when scanning a 2-sided document, it will send one email with the front pages and a second email with the back pages.  I've increased the maximum file size, but this has not solved the problem.  The settings are the same as our other (properly functioning) 6605.  Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to change this?
