Hi CheryIO-Xerox,
Thank you for your help. Tell architectors that old support.xerox.com was good, while actual version is very poor.

This is a complain, a scream calling for rationality. :D

Hi CherylO-Xerox,

Starting with the new concept of the Xerox Sites Portal there is no more support available with that big lot of good advices. Even the link you have posted in the previous message leads to nowhere on the support page. Is there any chance to access again all of that good knolwedge stuff?

WorkCentre 7120 - High Sierra error 027-516

Product Name: WorkCentre 7120/7125
Operating System: macOS 10.13 - High Sierra

Hi,

has anyone made SMB scan work with High Sierra 10.13.6 and a WorkCentre 7120 (71.24.23)?

I always got error 027-516. Here's what I've done and checked so far:

  • Date/time
  • DNS
  • Via Terminal, typed command sudo /usr/libexec/configureLocalKDC
  • Used IP address of destination computer instead of host name
  • Checked that File Sharing is on and that Share files and folders using SMB and Windows Files Sharing are both checked.

What else I can do to make it work as FTP is not anymore available?
