I have a WorkCentre 7132 set up to receive faxes, and I'd like to have it forward them to an internal email address. The users say that this machine used to forward to email, but now I can't find the option to set that up anywhere in the Web GUI.
I'm not local to the site, will I have to have someone onsite set it up directly through the front panel?

You might also do it via CWIS, this way you will require to go through via separate processes.
Summary what you are doing is telling the Xerox device that all that comes in via the Fax Line will be sent to mailbox. Then on the Job Flo Sheet you configure a behaviour for that mailbox. In you case you want it to sent the jobs via email to whatever email destinations ou configure within the Job Flow Sheet configuration.
