Hi gsmid_12,

here you have the procedure to configure Fax Foward to E-mail.

You might also do it via CWIS, this way you will require to go through via separate processes.

• Configure the Output Fax Line to mailbox will be done on the Device Local UI
• Configure the mailbox - http(s):\\"ipaddress" > Properties >Mailbox >Edit
• Configure the Job Flow Sheet - Following the step below you will have a button on the bottom titled "Job Flow Sheet" > Setup the Job Flow as you wish then Select Edit Job Flow Sheet and configure the destination where the job will be sent to. According to your post. Send via E.mail.

Summary what you are doing is telling the Xerox device that all that comes in via the Fax Line will be sent to mailbox. Then on the Job Flo Sheet you configure a behaviour for that mailbox. In you case you want it to sent the jobs via email to whatever email destinations ou configure within the Job Flow Sheet configuration.

Hi there,

I have a WorkCentre 7132 set up to receive faxes, and I'd like to have it forward them to an internal email address.  The users say that this machine used to forward to email, but now I can't find the option to set that up anywhere in the Web GUI.

I'm not local to the site, will I have to have someone onsite set it up directly through the front panel?
