I'm looking for a method to move the automated Fax success/failure printouts from hardcopy to email.
We're moving to a LAN Fax setup, where Users will be faxing from their desktops, but they still want the fax status notifications so they know if the fax was successful or not.
I don't want physical printouts, they aren't necessary, I'd prefer to redirect those jobs to a centralized email box or even shared folder on the network and they can monitor their fax jobs, and have something to prove success/failure of a fax.
I know they can look at the job status, but that's not a permanent record, and it cannot be exported to a spreadsheet...it can't be exported at all.
I was looking into creating a Job Flow Sheet for this, but am having difficulty. Does anyone know how to do this, or if it is even possible?
