it is as completed status, then its gone for the machine
maybe you can place a sniffer like wireshark with a switch after the machine? then you can trace the mail and maybe see whats wrong?
And sorry, it's an "email distribution list" that is being used, not a mail group.
is there some error code being generated or something?
We're having trouble getting our 7425 to send to an email GROUP.
Cannot get the unit to send a fax to go to the address we have configured in Exchange.
Cannot get the unit to do a scan to go directly to the address if entered manually.
Now, this group is NOT listed in the GAL, however internal email can be sent directly to the address from Outlook with no issue (as long as you know the address).
Another interesting fact is that if I do a search from the 7425 it DOES find the address...which is odd, but it may have just updated its internal cache when the group was initially created.
It sends to other email addresses properly listed in the GAL (not hidden) with no issue, so that pretty much limits it to the mail group and how it is set up.
Can anyone confirm if this is a known feature/issue with the 7425?
