WorkCentre 7435 Email-to-Fax capability?

When it comes to sending mail to the printer, this will not work what I know of.

Though you can use an Internet fax solution, which means you send a e-fax to the printer.

If you're on the same network as the printer, I suggest you just print it out as usual :)

The documentation for the WorkCentre 7435 is clear about how to configure the device to receive incoming faxes and forward them via email (fax-to-email). What isn't clear is the file format it uses for the email attachement. Is that, or can it be, a PDF file?

Second question... the documentaion is not clear about being able to do the opposite - send an email with attachment to the device and have it send the attachment as a fax (email-to-fax). Is this possible and if so is there any documentation anywhere that explains how to set it up?
