well, you need to disable some compression/color setting on on or off, then you can select the other dpi modes

When I'm using "Scan To Mail" service, 200ppp is the default resolution.

I can change it to 300ppp but not 400ppp or 600ppp (the button is grey).

Where can I change the max resolution availability without change the defaut resolution ?
