WorkCentre 7545 desktop faxing

Hi Fabio... As far as I can tell the job never seems to arrive at the workstation, which in itself is somewhat confusing, I checked the Job List and its empty.. I'll cicle back around and check with the original works order for options becuase right now it looks to me like this option isnt active, but is turned on!! I'll keep you posted Thanks

if you send a job, does it arrive at the machine? if yes, does it go the the completed jobs? then you can maybe see some kiind of error code?

Yes... the drop down gives several options, JOb Type. etc... chosing the fax option setting upa fax # but never dials out..

Wondering if there is new software ?

what driver are you using , are you using the option fax in the xerox driver?

Hey, looking for some guidance/help, we are in the process of moving to desktop faxing we have (2) units in the court house to facilitate desktop pc faxing for the clerks, has anyone set up desktop faxing, I tried everything but nothing seems to work, tried adding a 1 or a 9 to the fax number, still nothing.. is there anyway to see the error report for the fax I send over the LAN?

Also I'm sending using the default popup for the print option for Xerox, then selecting fax and adding a number in the little address book, the workstations are running win XP, SP2

I tried sending .TIFF / .GIF / .PDF

I cannot actually tell if anything is making it out the fax line, I tried sending to my cell number (nope)

I tried sending to another fax machine (nope)

I tried looking around the settings, but all seems fine..
