WorkCentre 7545 - seeking how to use thet document management fields in custom file name

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Greetings,

 

We have a WorkCentre 7545 v1 Multifunction System which (happily) is scanning to a networked file share (netapp).   We can set a custom file name to include the date, but what the department really needs is for the filename to incorporate the document management fields which the user is prompted to enter.  

 

Is there any way to do that? Renaming the documents based upon the contents of the XST log file generated seems foolish... 

 

Am hoping someone here can point me to a work around or at least discuss how they approached it (powershell or bat script on server to rename files etc. )
