After a couple of frustrating days, I am finally able to print from my desktop to to the networked WorkCentre Pro 123. Now I need to be able to fax also. I remember when I set up the old computer (Win 2000) I had to down load drivers directly onto my computer and set the print preferences to fax. Each time I wanted to fax, I chose the setup with fax preferences and it opened the fax interface. What drivers do I need to make this happen on my new machine running Win 7?
