Thank you for using the Customer Support Forum.  Please go to the online support for the M20i  and search on "forward".  The case How To Forward Incoming Faxes to an E-mail Account or to Another Fax Machine is the case you are looking for.  I think this is the information you are looking for.

Workcenre M20i fax to email notifications?

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Is there a way to set up an email notifications for faxes or have a duplicate of all faxes that come in also go to an email address? Would like to set this up asap!
