Hey again ! ,

Its written on the second picture is "scanner reported an error" . But i already solved the problem by upgrading the OS from catalina to monterey. That means drivers you share for catalina are not working properly.

Workcenter 3025 Scanner Problem

Product Name: WorkCentre 3025
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

Hey all !

I have a problem about my printer thats why i am posting it this article. Print job is working fine but when I want to scan over wifi, the printer sends me an error message (I couldn't try it with a usb cable because the printer is far from the imac) .

As seen in the first picture, when I click on the general information, it appears that the scan is done, but when I want to complete the scan, I get such an error.
