Re: Workcenter 3220 and network scan

That is going to be a tough one without looking at the configuration.

Suggestions:

- Scan to a root folder and have an Icon on your Desktop for your usesr to access

- Use a service or admin account to scan (Make sure Share and NTFS permissions are Full)

You may need to get an on-site Analyst involved.

Workcenter 3220 and network scan

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello!

I tried to install network scan on server 2003 and on

virtual XP (on VMware)

Network scan seems to work until

- user is logged on on server 2003

-  XP is connected via  RDP to someone

When I log off from server or disconnect from XP, then 3320

will loose connection. Shall I install this network scan on evey user

(btw users are working on terminal server)

how can I use net scan less interactively

best, Reino
