My company has about 20- 30 Workcenter 3225 deployed out. We've been getting calls over the last few months where the address book is gone. Not one or two listing but the whole think. We can put the users emails back in and it seems to work fine after that, but its just time comsuming and annoying. Does anyone know why this happens and how to stop it?
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have the newest firmware for the machine. Try updating one machine and see if that fixes the issue. If it does then you will need to upgrade all the others as well. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
