Workcenter 4250 Email screen hangs

Hello.  We have a workcenter 4250 that started having an issue today where the display hangs when we press the Email button from the Service screen.  This button brings users to the scan to email area where they can select addresses from the network address book.  Once the screen hangs, users need to press the cancel or stop button to return to the previous screen.  Printer has had the same configuration for 2.5 years with no issues.  No other changes to our environment have been made.  The printer is setup with the same ldap directory settings as 2 other printers and the other two are working perfectly.  We tried restarting the printer and this didn't help.  Any ideas?  thank you.
