Workcenter 4250 scanning default

Jump to solution

I have set up the Xerox 4250 with a default and 3 alternative network scanning locations.  When I select an alternate scanning location I do not want the scan to also go to the default.  How can I turn off that feature that all scans go to the default?

Thanks,

Kammie

After you setup the Default and Alt Repositories you need to create a template. When you create a template you will need to add the alt repository and delete the default from the template. This will allow you to scan to ONE destination.

Jroth,

I wish I had received this reply 2 weeks ago because I ended up calling technical support (based on fabio's suggestion) and was on hold for 45 minutes.  When I finally got through he told me the same thing that you wrote and it took all of 2 minutes.  Oh well, I got the solution I needed :)
