Hello, I have a WC5632 in which the battery had died and reset all system settings and lost all features. Is there anyway i can get the option kit numbers back to re-enable all services again? it is currently operating in only basic copy and print mode, no network scan, network accounting, scan to email, or network/server faxing. All features say 'not installed'. Any time i go into configure any of the features it always asks for option kit number. This machine is no longer under a service contract unfortunatly. I am about to throw this machine out the window if I can't get anything completed here soon.
