Hi collegewoes,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for blank copies.  Also make sure that the first page of the original in the copy job feeds entirely through the machine and is not blocking subsequent pages.  If the solutions do not help and the originals are feeding properly please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Workcenter 5855: Copying blank pages

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We just got a new Workcenter 5855 and we're having issues with copying multiple page documents on it. When you start a copy job and there is more than one page to it, it copies only the first page. All the other pages are blank. This especially happens when we try to make multiple copies of a multipage docuement. This is a high volume copy area...help!
