Turns out the bill had not been paid for the fax line.
That was why it was not sending but receiving.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try the solution for checking the phone line. If the line is working then follow the same steps to dial a number using the phone. If you need to dial 9 to get an outside line then you will need to do that on the fax as well. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I'm having issues with a Workcenter 7525.
I can receive a fax, but cannot send a fax.
I have tried following the trouble shooting guide below, but this has not resolved the issue.
After entering the fax number, the screen seems to change to dialing but then changes to a paused icon.
I wasn't clear on step 2 of the troubleshooting : "Make Sure the Necessary Characters Have Been Added to Switch to an Outside Phone Line"
I've tried the fax number both with a "9" and without, but no luck...
Any thoughts in how to resolve the issue?
