Workcenter 7655 Email issue

We have a Xerox Workcenter 7655 connected to our network of about 25 users. Web interface, printing, copying, scanning all work all day long. However, the issue we have is with the email function. 1 out of 100 times it actually works, and it takes hours for the email to show up. When it does not work, the two usual error messages are "Job must have atleast one To: recipeient" (which of course it does) or "Failure transferring job to network server." The settings have been checked multiple times by multiple people. The settings input are straigt from our email providers website, it was even copy/pasted ( All of our clients can email all day no problem, using the exact same settings. Can anyone give a little assitance please? At my wits end.
