Thank you for using the Support Forum. How were you scanning to the Windows 7? Were you scanning to a folder on your PC? If so then you need to setup scan to a share folder on the Windows 10. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

for years I used workcentre 3045B with WIN7, everything worked fine. I bought a new PC with WIN10-64Home, and the scanning is not working anymore. Printing work well. Anyone experienced this? Any advice, or help is appreciated. Thanks a lot.
