Workcentre 3220 scanning with OSX 10.8

I'm at a loss here. I changed/updated something that is causing me a big headache. background info: workcentre 3220 via network. mac osx 10.8. I used to be able to scan to email, now i get CONSTANT connection error messages. I think the dns changed or something and now nothing I do works. its frustrating, since the only way to scan is via usb now. i used scan to email a lot before, but i ve tried everything i can think of and nothing is working. any lights out there?

Guess it's not possible.

Using the TWAIN driver, you can initiate a scanjob from your desktop.

hello, can you be more specific regarding this support for 10.8? is it only for usb plugged 3220's or via network as well? I installed and it seems to not work...

You could utilize the scan to folder or scan to e-mail to obtain the same results.

I have the Workcentre 3220 and am using OsX 10.8 (Mountain Lion).  It seems that the scanning options are only available for PC.  Are there any plans or other solutions for using the scanning features with OSX?
