Yes, the directions were followed.  The unit was originally scanning multiple pages without problems.  Now it will only scan two pages without hanging.

Workcentre 3325 SMB scanning

We have been somewhat successfully using the SMB scan feature to scan to a shared directory on a networked computer.  Recenty, when scanning multiple page documents after the first two pages feed through, the machine hangs monentarily then feeds the rest.  The screen then shows the transferring notification repeatedly, but the documents never actually transfer to the networked machine.  I have tried lowering the scan resolution to no avail.  For some reason I can scan two-page documents fine, but anything more and the transfer hangs.
