Then the printer isn't on a network, or you are not on the same network as the printer.

No print driver can help you in that case. Get your IT dept to sort out the networking.

What are you asking here? WiFi has no relation to anything, if you can go to your Mac ands open Safari, just put the IP of the printer into the address bar and hit enter. If it loads the 3325 internal web page (CWIS) you can print to it with any driver at all

Please clearly describe what you have done and what you are getting as opposed to what you want.

I downloaded the 4-9-15 Print and Scan Driver for Mac OS10.10, but I can't get the printer to print using WIFI.  Do I also need to download the 12-9-13 Drivers and Utilities?
