I am somewhat embarassed to ask this - but we have a 3550 at our remote location.
I have remotely set everything up for scanning to e-mail, but the users cannot select e-mail scanning from the menu button.
Where do I actually "enable" e-mail scanning? I've looked everywhere on the GUI but can't find it there.

I'm not sure what you are asking, but I think you don't know where is the scan to email button. Is it that?

It was just operator error at our remote site and I was able to show them how to scan.
