This patch did not work. I did not receive a configuration report after the copier rebooted. I installed the patch twice. I called for support and was put through to sales person who said I need to pay to get this tended to. Please send me whatever corrected information you have or futher directions. If you do not have more directions or information please have someone call me to help. It's not my fault that Xerox's patch is not working and I should not be charged

Yes, it was fixed a few months ago, but here is the absolute latest firmware dated Feb 1st 2016 that contains the patch.

I found that there is a patch for other products just not the Workcentre 3550. I just updated my assistants computer and recently updated my computer to El Capitian and the scan to desk top does not work. Is there a patch???? I can't seem to find one anywhere??? I waited 5 months to update.
As much I like my workcentre this is becoming impossible. It has now created an issue with our billing and payroll.
