That is interesting. From your first post I would assume the ssl translation could be the main reason for it to fail. But on your last post you mentioned that same configuration works on a different port (587).
The first suggestion it comes to my head is maybe to use port forwarding to send all traffic from port 465 to 587... But I am not sure this is actually a port issue....I would more inclined to be smtp configuration... but unfortunately I have no way of testing this at this stage.!!

I've tried with an another provider that work on port 587 with authentification, it works.
But nothing to do with the one that work on 465.
Any advice are welcome.
Do you know if it is possible to configure a smtp account with ssl and port 465 on that equipement.
I've tried many configuration without sucess...
