I have spent weeks off and on trying to get a Workcentre 4150 to scan to email with no luck. I have tried reflashing the firmware and I have tried different email settings. Nothing works.
I did notice that the email settings don't seem to be saving correctly. I currently have a domain that differs from the user name and password. So I thought I might try a factory reset, but cannot figure out how to do so. I also saw something about erasing the memory, but i cannot find this option anywhere. Any tips on how I might do either of these or any other suggestions on how I might fix this issue?
