try setting you paper size to 8.5 x 11 instead of Auto Detect. Also, a better way would be to use the built-in ID card Copy Feature, if you plan on copying both sides.
When scanning a regular sized document on the glass it copies fine. However when trying to copy checks or photo Id's on the glass it cuts part of the scan off? Any idea on how to fix this issue? Thanks.
