I would suggest going through this first to see if it might be a config issue.

Just search the forums for Office 365 scanning, There has been others that were having problems, and different solutions.

Workcentre 5330 issue Scan to send Email with Office 365

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have a problem to scan and the printer sends the scan by mail office 365, throws an error message that says: 027-776 SMTP server err (EHLO refusal)

Plis, I need help.
