I would also recommened setting up Network scanning going to either a server or directly to a share on the desktop.

Please make sure you have the option installed then take a look at the solution for setting up Network Scan with SMB or FTP. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Hi, I am new to the complexity of configuring this workcentre to scan documents to the staff members PCs. I have installed & configured the PCL6 Driver for all machines and we are printing with no issues VIA the network. All computers are running Windows 7 Pro. However, I am unable to find any sort of scan utility for Windows 7 with this WC 5638 model...Is there something else I can download from the support & drivers page to help me to configure network scanning to each computer in the office? Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
