Are you calling the Xerox support number? Maybe ask to speak to Second Level Support regarding thie issue.

Thank you very much for the info jroth. I've had a technician come twice and they basically stated that they didn't know why it was doing that. I've contacted them again as well as our IT department, so hopefully we'll get this resolved soon.

From the information you provided I would agree that a firmware upgrade would be required. You can find the latest gerneral release here but to obtain the latest firmware you will need to go thru your support channel as the technician will be able to obtain this version, or newer from Xerox.

We have a Workcentre 5775 being used by a dozen or so folks for printing, copying and scanning. The problem I'm having is with Workflow Scanning. When I have Build Job on so that I can scan a bunch of pages through the top feeder tray, it stops randomly and I'll get an error message: "A device error has occurred. Please rescan the entire job." After a while, I noticed that it only seemed to happen when someone else was sending a print job to that printer. It became more apparent as it would stop pulling sheets through, it wouldn't display anything at first, but a few seconds later someone's print would come through and the error message would appear.
I see in the Support section for this MFD that it recommends that I update to 061.132.221.22203, but I cannot find anything but the current Firmware. Is there a new version I need to download? Or is there something else going on here? Thanks so much for any help you can provide.
