Workcentre 6027 faxing issues

Wait, so if I call your store your fax machine will try and send a fax?

Is this fax actually sharing a phone line/number with the main business phone?

It isn't setup as FOIP or on a VOIP line is it? These machines do not support digital lines of any kind, they are old school fax all the way.

We just got a Workcentre 6027 for our store and we are having a weird issue with it. Everytime someone callsl our phone line the xerox will initiate a fax. I have no clue what it is faxing or to whom but it does it every time. Faxing out to other numbers works fine as well as receiving faxes. It's all very weird.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
