I have been trying to setup the network scanning. I have two other Workcentre 7545 that are configured to do the same so I have setup the 6505 with the same settings but it still gives me an error. When I ask it to scan the document will get scanned but then it will be "processing" for a moment and the say: Folder not found error code 031-530. Any input would be appreciated. Attached is what my settings look like now
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have followed all the directions for setting up network scan . Try using a directory and sub-directory name with no spaces in them. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
