That message would not apply to any job, just ones with either more than 99 pages, or when you try to copy something that legally can't be, Like a Bank note, cash or some specific legal documents, almost all will have the EURion constellation on them. Typically you would be getting the 062-790 code as well as that message if you are attempting to copy something that would be considered counterfeiting.
If you literally cannot copy anything, and a simple reboot hasn't fixed it, I would assume you would need a technician on site because that fault is job specific, possibly they are coded to only allow so many attempts and the machine will lock itself, but I haven't come across a printer that does that. Usually a reboot is enough to get functionality back.
