That was a known issue in the 073.xxx.xxx.34540 and 073.xxx.055.24100.
So if you are running either of those, just update it to 073.030.066.08210
No settings will be lost.
Last Tuesday I specified "smtp.office365.com - port 587 - SSL/TLS enabled" through which to relay scans to email. The Workcentre had no problem accepting that, and I did apparently successfully scan a document to email. Today when I select the scan to email service, the status panel says "Not ready". When I press the start button, I get "Start cannot be accepted at this time. Please try again." No other service on the machine displays this message.
