Workcentre 7225: Scan to email "Not ready"

Last Tuesday I specified "smtp.office365.com - port 587 - SSL/TLS enabled" through which to relay scans to email. The Workcentre had no problem accepting that, and I did apparently successfully scan a document to email. Today when I select the scan to email service, the status panel says "Not ready". When I press the start button, I get "Start cannot be accepted at this time. Please try again." No other service on the machine displays this message.

That was a known issue in the 073.xxx.xxx.34540 and 073.xxx.055.24100.

So if you are running either of those, just update it to 073.030.066.08210

 

No settings will be lost.

Thank you, Joe. I'm on 072.030.004.09101, but I'll update to 073... and see if that helps. I will let you know either way.
