the newer firmwares have been having issues with that from what ive seen in the field.
but yes it can be rolled back.

I have a problem with one of our Workcentre 7545s. Often the Scan To Email feature doesn't seems to work correctly.
It just gets stuck and says: Scan In Progress...
I have to reboot the printer or do a software reset, and then it works fine. Last week I updated the firmware to the latest one and that's when the problem started. Any ideas how to fix this? Can I roll back to the previous firmware or download it somewhere?
