Re: Workcentre 7545 Scanning - Login Error after Firmware Update

Then the firmware update played no part in it, There is no way it could have glitched a setting to a valid, but not correct IP on the LAN

I just changed the IP address to the server IP address.  Before, it was set to the printer IP address.

Re: Workcentre 7545 Scanning - Login Error after Firmware Update

Machine got SMB2-3 ability and now needs full credentials to work. To get them do this (Use the name as seen in the brackets, if it isn't there, add it, do not rely on "Everyone"):

Workcentre 7545 Scanning - Login Error after Firmware Update

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello,

My machine (Workcentre 7545) was running fine, but I noticed that there was a new Firmware update (Feb 2017 file).  I recently upgraded the firmware, and after the update, my scan to folder has stopped working.  When I go to Job Status, the error is "The job was deleted due to login error".  The settings are the same as it was before the update, so not sure why it stopped working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
