Workcentre 7545 reverts to guest every 10-15 seconds or so

I found the issue, fax was locked under Entry Screen Defaults> Tools and Feature Access

I unlocked it, fax icon now appearing, thanks!

In the CWIS, When I reduce the number of services registered, under the "Service Registered" checkboxes, Fax still does not show up under Guest, the others I have checked all show up.

Embedded fax is there with the other services such as printing, copy, workflow scanning, etc.  I think you are right about the permissions.

The Guest screen on the printer only has 4 icons, copy, id card copy, print from and workflow scanning

When logged in as AFHC (my business acronym) or admin there are 8 icons:

copy, id card copy, print from, fax, workflow scanning, internet fax and server fax.

We really only use need fax and copy, to be honest.

displaying guest after 15 secs is correct, it just means noone logged in at that moment

not showting fax is not correct, i think it has something todo with permision roles, you can hide or show icons based on permissions

can you check the cwis webpage of the machine, then goto properties - services , and see if the button is not hidden?

Newbie here, for walk up faxing we have the Workcentre 7545 set up the way we want it.  When logged in as Admin everything is fine but after 10 seconds or so of being idle it reverts to guest. 

The guest screen only has the 4 icons, does not include the Fax icon.  We have to log back in as admin every time we want to send a fax.  This is same with the default admin as well as the administrator account I set up for this machine.

Any help is appreciated.
