We have recently acquired a 7556 multi-function and I am unable to get the workflow scanning to work. I receive the message "Login failure. Check user password, and/or setups." whenever I try. We have several other xerox multi-function - 2 7970s and 2 5890s, which do workflow scanning fine, and I copied the exact settings to the new one but it doesn't work. I have updated the firmware to the latest: 061.121.227.24300 and tried both port 445 and 139. We are scanning via SMB to a Windows 2008 server. Any help is appreciated.
