Workcentre 7655 (when turning on the machine nthe trays do not move)

Hello, does somebody know how to fic this problem:

I have a workcentre 7655, I turn on the printer and the tray 5 elevator need to go up and down, but nothing happen, and the print test page doesnt go out.

I sen to print something and it stays as pending.

Sometimes (very rare) when I leave on the priner it rebooth by itself and the tray 5 elevator goes up and down and the other trays to.

I forgot to tell, when I send to another tray (example 3), it saiy it doesn't have paper but it have.

I have call my technician and he has re-program the UI software to the printer and it goes normal again and I can print, but in a couple of days it goes back to the same problem.

Can somebody help is urgent.
