Latest firmware is 061.090.226.05000.

But the issue is likely to be the login, as I have linked here on many occasions, so in short.

Make sure the printer is using a login name that has been added to the folder share and typed exactly as it was shown within the brackets here and set to full control.

Workcentre 7775 and SMB scanning

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have quite a few printers that are set-up for SMB scanning here but the Workcentre just won't budge. It just gives login failures no matter what folder on which PC I try to scan to. I followed the guide linked here just in case I was doing something incorrectly. Is it an issue with Windows 10? We don't have any earlier devices for me to test it with. At our other office we had to upgrade the firmware of the printer to make it windows 8 compatible and had the same issue when moving on to 10. Could that be the problem?
