If it works on Print but not on scan or copy, the only common factor would be the hardware scan sensor itself. And with a new machine it isn't worth taking it apart, just have Xerox in to fix it, new machines are covered even when not under contract against manufacturing defects. There are not even common settings shared between copy and scan so if you really messed up one through settings, it would not happen to the other.
we are having an issue with out new printer. When a color copy of a document is fed into the doucment scanner, or placed on the glass, all of the colors are not transfered to the new copy. All the toners are full. If we print a new copy from one of the computers it comes out perfect, however every time we scan or place a single sheet on the glass, only the darkest colors are transfered.
**EDIT** forgot to add that we have tried all the options for contrast, saturation etc. but nothing works.
