You could possibly set up a template pool (see the printer admin guide), then update the files in the pool monthly, which should populate down to the devices.

Sorry if my question wasn´t clear, i'm talking about the user and authentication on the network, not in the pdf files. he don´t want to creat a service account for the Xerox machines so the password never expires.

here is probably a man in the middle solution, but I have no insights on how that could be done.

Most modern Xeroxs can create pw protected pdfs, but the pw doesn't expire. The pdf standard doesn't support that.

I've a client that asked me, if we can change the password of the workflow scanning in 28 machines (different models) using some kind of scripting or other kind of automatization. The password expires every month, is a security policy of the client. Does anyone had the same problem or have a solution?
